都市涵構 Urban Context：

基地位於台北市中山北路六段、SOGO商圈巷內。相對於熱鬧繁華之中山北路，基地被早期獨棟住宅區域包圍，巷弄與周邊獨棟建築呈現出一種非常寧靜之悠活場景，彷彿憶起數十年前孩童巷弄嬉戲奔跑之都市空間情境。

The site is located in an alley of the SOGO business district, Section 6, Zhongshan North Road, Taipei City. In contrast to the bustling Zhongshan North Road, the site is surrounded by early single-family residential areas. The alleys and the surrounding detached buildings present an atmosphere of tranquil leisure, evoking the urban spatial context of decades ago when children played and ran freely in the lanes.

對應此特殊之都市場景，我們將整個接待中心配置往後方聚集，前方退讓出一塊完整之開放空間，用內退之口袋公園來對應由中山北路巷道進來基地的參觀動線，並期待這個開放空間能形成區域居民散步小憩之生活廣場，各式生活、文化及接待中心展示活動輪番在此上演。

In response to this unique urban context, we have concentrated the entire reception center at the rear, retreating the front to yield a complete open space. A recessed "pocket park" is designed to correspond with the visiting circulation from the alley of Zhongshan North Road to the site, and we anticipate this open space will evolve into a living plaza for local residents to stroll and rest—where various life activities, cultural events, and exhibition activities of the reception center unfold in turn.

建築對應 Architectural Correlation：

接待中心一部分的功能即是對未來的建案屋主展示其居住建築的空間型態，本建案未來立面開窗採用豎向半圓之特殊形式，創造出一種純粹幾何產生之美感，搭配未來建築基座之金屬隔柵設計，形成一極具質感之建築特色。接待中心在造型上還原未來之建築語彙，搭配一弧形之開放空間邊界，形塑一特色之口袋公園廣場。

Part of the reception center’s function is to showcase the spatial form of the future residential buildings to prospective homeowners. The future facades of this project will adopt a special vertical semicircular window design, creating an aesthetic derived from pure geometry. Combined with the metal grille design of the future building’s base, it forms a highly textured architectural feature. The reception center echoes the future architectural vocabulary in its form, paired with a curved boundary of the open space, shaping a distinctive pocket park plaza.

全時展示 All-Time Exhibition：

在整個弧形格柵牆面的最左側我們規劃了一個三面通視之模型室，第一線讓人接觸本接待中心時便能看到未來這座美麗時尚的建築。現場銷售人員下班後，模型室開啟燈光形成一個玻璃櫥窗，一方面扮演口袋公園夜間照明之都市燈具角色，另一方面，即便在沒有銷售人員接待的狀況下，亦吸引許多參觀民眾在櫥窗外欣賞本建築模型與模型後方大型屏幕展示之動態影片，達到全時展示之設計意圖。

On the far left of the entire curved grille wall, we have planned a three-sided visible model room—allowing visitors to catch sight of this beautiful and stylish future building the moment they step into the reception center. After the on-site sales staff finish their work, the model room’s lights are turned on to function as a glass showcase: on one hand, it serves as an urban luminaire for nighttime illumination of the pocket park; on the other hand, even without sales staff on hand, it attracts many visitors to admire the architectural model outside the showcase, along with the dynamic videos displayed on the large screen behind the model, fulfilling the design intention of an all-time exhibition.

時代美學 Aesthetics of the Era：

延續未來建築豎向半圓之特殊開窗形式，整個接待中心與樣品屋皆採曲面式造型設計，除了柔化室內空間之視覺體驗外，搭配細緻之細節設計，我們更想呈現出文藝復興年代，人們對美學與儀式感之空間價值觀與生活態度，讓人再次憶起數十年前孩童巷弄嬉戲奔跑之都市悠活空間情境。

Continuing the special vertical semicircular window form of the future building, the entire reception center and show flat adopt a curved design. Beyond softening the visual experience of the interior space, paired with meticulous detailed design, we aim to embody the spatial values and life attitudes toward aesthetics and a sense of ritual that prevailed during the Renaissance. In doing so, we evoke the tranquil urban leisure space of decades past, when children played and ran freely in the lanes.
