9SDG已經多次受邀為寶台機構規劃多個不同建案室內公設大廳設計,重點是每一個不同的建案,在公設設計上皆在講述不同的空間故事,完全重新打造每個建案專屬的空間表情,識別,與歸屬感.

9SDG has been repeatedly invited to design the indoor public lobbies for multiple projects of Baotai Group. The key lies in that each distinct project tells a unique spatial story through its public space design—completely creating exclusive spatial expressions, identities, and a sense of belonging for every development.

【幸福公園5】在公設大廳的設計上，將入口迎賓區整合為一個完整的區域，其中配置了物業管理櫃台、接待沙發區、交誼區、信箱區，以及服務通道。立面的表現上，以天然的木皮、鋼板、石材、木紋磚，展現自然樸實的大器空間感受；牆面更以進口藝術漆，藉由專業畫師的手，一筆一畫的將氣勢山水呈現出來，讓公設充滿人文意境。

For the public lobby design of [Happy Park 5], the entrance reception area is integrated into a cohesive zone, housing the property management counter, reception sofa area, lounge zone, mailbox area, and service corridor. For the facade treatment, natural wood veneer, steel panels, stone, and wood-patterned tiles are adopted to deliver a natural, understated yet grand spatial experience. The walls are finished with imported artistic paint, where professional painters depict majestic landscapes stroke by stroke, infusing the public space with a profound humanistic artistic conception.

右側通道後方規劃了K書/家教中心，以灰色的空間搭配溫潤的木皮，讓住戶可以在靜謐的空間裡，盡情沉浸在知識的殿堂之中；也可以聘請家教在這裡進行教學，省卻了在家中的不便利性。

Behind the corridor on the right, a study/tutoring center is planned. With a gray-toned space complemented by warm wood veneer, residents can immerse themselves in the "palace of knowledge" in tranquility, or hire tutors for sessions here—eliminating the inconvenience of studying at home.

左側通道連結著媽媽教室與兒童遊戲室，兩個空間以格柵門做區隔，讓家長可以安心地看著兒女們與鄰家小孩嬉戲，同時可以享有自己的空間；更可以在媽媽教室裡與鄰居一同進行廚藝、花藝…等手做的研習，讓住戶間的交流更為緊密；平時也可以在這裡進行閱讀、會議…等。6片格柵門可以全開的與兒童遊戲室整合成一個寬敞的空間，讓社區舉辦活動時候自由的使用，享受著落地窗外的光線，與露臺景觀的視覺延伸。

The corridor on the left connects to a mothers’ classroom and a children’s playroom, separated by grille doors. This allows parents to watch their children play with neighbors’ kids with peace of mind while enjoying their own private space. In the mothers’ classroom, residents can join neighbors for hands-on workshops such as cooking or flower arranging, strengthening interactions within the community; it also serves as a space for reading or meetings on a regular basis. The six grille doors can be fully opened to integrate with the children’s playroom, forming a spacious area for community events—where occupants can enjoy natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows and the visual extension of the terrace landscape.
