基地位於台灣石門水庫旁,依山傍水,對比於台北都會的高密度居住比例以及緊張的生活節奏,這裡的環境十分宜居,生態,且充滿休閒氛圍.

The site is situated beside Taiwan’s Shimen Reservoir, nestled between mountains and waters. In contrast to the high-density residential ratio and intense pace of life in Taipei’s urban area, this environment is highly livable, ecologically vibrant, and permeated with a leisurely ambiance.

9SDG於本案中負責建築外觀設計以及公設設計的部分.在建築外觀設計上,因為建築物整體為一個L型配置環繞一個景觀中庭,我們希望在立面上呈現一種極為簡約的氛圍,強化水平線條的延伸,並在線條的尾部作了一個斜角的處理,讓視覺呈現一種輕潁的感覺,而這水平線條其實就是大量的景觀陽台,讓室內的人可以有很好的陽台尺度來接觸大自然.

9SDG is responsible for the architectural facade design and public space design of this project. For the architectural facade, as the entire building adopts an L-shaped layout enclosing a landscape atrium, we aimed to present an extremely minimalist aesthetic on the facade—emphasizing the extension of horizontal lines, with beveled treatments at the ends of the lines to create a lightweight visual effect. These horizontal lines are in fact a series of large landscape balconies, allowing indoor occupants to enjoy ample balcony space to connect closely with nature.

在公設室內設計部分,建設公司企劃留設大量的休閒公設空間,塑造休閒度假產品氛圍,假日時可以帶著家人來此度假,盡情享受公設設施,內容包括入口大廳,交誼大廳,兒童遊戲空間,KTV,室內(外)泳池,大眾溫泉,男女裸湯等,高爾夫練習室,理髮室,用餐包廂等十分完善的配套休閒設施.

In terms of the interior design for public spaces, the developer has planned extensive leisure-oriented public areas to shape a resort-style product atmosphere. Residents can bring their families here for vacations on weekends, fully indulging in the public facilities. The comprehensive amenities include an entrance lobby, a lounge hall, a children’s play area, a KTV room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, public hot springs, separate gender-exclusive natural hot spring baths, a golf practice room, a hair salon, and private dining boxes.

設計上我們主要強化室內與大自然的連結,並以大自然簡約的調性來作為室內設計上的主題,輔以裝置藝術的主題陳設增強空間質感.

Design-wise, we focused on strengthening the connection between the interior and nature, taking nature’s minimalist tone as the core theme of the interior design. Complemented by thematic installations of art, the spatial texture is further enhanced.
