基地位於廣州天河區廣汕二路600-604號，建築面積86000平方米,園區企業總產值超30億元。園區以電子資訊、生物醫療、新能源與節能環保等高新戰略性產業為導向。

Located at No. 600-604 Guangshan 2nd Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, the park covers a construction area of 86,000 square meters, with a total output value of over 3 billion RMB generated by resident enterprises. Guided by high-tech strategic industries such as electronic information, biomedicine, new energy, and energy conservation & environmental protection, the park has been in operation since 2005—spanning 17 years to date.

本項目自2005年啟用迄今已歷經17個年頭,不管是產業型態或是建築景觀都需要進行一全新的策略定位與整改提升。9Studio Design Group有幸獲邀為本項目進行一全方位之改造計畫,期望為下個15年打造出項目最佳的硬體規劃與園區主題定義。

Both its industrial format and architectural landscape are in need of a brand-new strategic positioning, renovation, and upgrading. 9Studio Design Group is honored to be invited to conduct a comprehensive renovation plan for this project, aiming to create the optimal hardware layout and park theme definition for the next 15 years.

改造前，面對城市第一排的園區建築呈現出早期廠房的冰冷建築印象，改造後，期待用一種柔軟的景觀調性去面對這個城市，雖然是全新的改造，卻期待一種質樸與自然的建築立面表情，所謂的建築表情，應當更能符合城市的景觀需求，建築依然是個載具，但他所承載的是人與自然、人與城市的三維關係

Before the renovation, the park buildings facing the city’s frontage presented a cold, early-industrial factory aesthetic. After the transformation, we aspire to greet the city with a soft landscape-oriented tone. Despite being a full-scale renovation, the design pursues a simple and natural architectural facade expression—one that better aligns with the city’s landscape needs. Architecture remains a carrier, but it now bears the three-dimensional relationship between humans, nature, and the city.
