海喬清水硯位於桃園蘆竹下南崁地區南崁溪首排，為南崁精華地段最後一席的水岸優質景觀宅。基地面向南崁溪極為寬廣之景觀棟距，反之，從南崁溪的另一面回望，建築的表情在這水岸生態景觀環境中所呈現之樣貌亦是海喬建設與9SDG.最關注之首要課題。

Haiqiao Qingshuiyan is located at the front row of Nankan Creek in the Xinankan area, Luzhu, Taoyuan. It stands as the last premium waterfront landscape residence in the prime district of Nankan. The site enjoys an extremely wide landscape building spacing facing Nankan Creek; conversely, when looking back from the opposite side of the creek, the architectural expression presented in this waterfront ecological landscape environment is the primary focus of Haiqiao Construction and 9SDG.

在建築外觀設計上，我們力求洗鍊與簡約之設計型態，居於大景之間，更關注的是與環境的融合與景觀建築特色之表達。在基座的部分利用帷幕玻璃與後製清水模創造虛實之間俐落的分割之外,更突顯了我們希望建築呈現出一種純粹的人文質感之設計中心思維。

In the architectural facade design, we strive for a refined and minimalist design form. Nestled within the grand scenery, we pay greater attention to integration with the environment and expression of landscape architectural characteristics. For the base, curtain glass and post-cast fair-faced concrete are used to create a neat division between void and solid, further highlighting our core design philosophy of presenting the building with a pure humanistic texture.

標準層部分，連結面對南崁溪各層二戶之景觀陽台形成一深簷之水平框架，以框應景，以簷濾日，在形式上作到簡約之框景效果，在實務上透過深簷避免陽光直接曝曬至室內空間。

For the standard floors, the landscape balconies of the two units on each floor facing Nankan Creek are connected to form a horizontal frame with deep eaves—"framing the scenery with the frame, filtering the sun with the eaves". In form, it achieves a minimalist framed view effect; in practice, the deep eaves prevent direct sunlight from exposing the indoor space.

居於大景，沉於藝。在公設大廳的設計上，呼應建築外觀二次清水膜之人文質感，室內空間亦呈現出一種純粹靜懿之空間氛圍。大膽的以黑為空間主調，在不同的節點上以灰與暗橘色突顯對比，除了另空間形成一種特殊色彩對比之藝術氛圍外，成增添了空間令人無止想像之故事敘事關係，住在這，氣質還真的不一般。

Nestled in grand scenery, immersed in art. In the design of the public lobby, echoing the humanistic texture of the secondary fair-faced concrete on the architectural facade, the indoor space also presents a pure and serene atmosphere. Boldly taking black as the main tone of the space, gray and dark orange are used to highlight contrasts at different nodes. In addition to creating a special artistic atmosphere of color contrast in the space, it adds a narrative relationship that sparks endless imagination. Living here, one truly possesses an extraordinary temperament.
